Key objectives include:

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth
  • Collaborating with product, technology, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives
  • Leading digital transformation within NextGear Capital, exploring new technologies and platforms to enhance the customer experience
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration with the wider enterprise marketing team
  • Managing budget and providing regular reports and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a degree in Business or Marketing
  • Extensive experience across a broad range of marketing channels, with a proven track record of lead generation, brand building, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence business decisions
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Ability to navigate the marketing universe autonomously, juggling multiple projects and priorities
