Las ubicaciones base pueden incluir diversas localidades. Este puesto requerirá desplazamientos a otros sitios, por lo que la flexibilidad es fundamental.

Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Proyecto de nivel Senior para unirse a un equipo que proporciona apoyo en la entrega de Proyectos de Capital a sitios de fabricación. Este rol se centra en respaldar una iniciativa que impulsa flujos de trabajo específicos para mejoras en la infraestructura de tecnología operativa.

Habilidades/experiencia previas requeridas:

  • Desarrollo de especificaciones de requisitos en colaboración con otros equipos internos como Operaciones.
  • Uso de conocimientos especializados para llevar a cabo proyectos de capital según las especificaciones técnicas adecuadas.
  • Elaboración de estimaciones de costos y cronogramas de proyectos.
  • Gestión del gasto eficiente para proyectos de capital.
  • Coordinación y gestión de recursos externos.
  • Gestión del ciclo de vida del proyecto, incluyendo la aprobación de capital, mantenimiento de datos financieros precisos, incluyendo gastos y previsiones, y cierre del proyecto.
  • Gestión y supervisión de actividades de puesta en marcha.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las normas relevantes de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
  • Habilidades excepcionales en gestión de interesados, con capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva y proactiva con equipos multifuncionales y clientes internos sobre planes, productos, problemas, cronogramas y valor de soluciones.
  • Experiencia en gestión de programas dentro de organizaciones grandes de FMCG (preferido).

Habilidades especializadas requeridas:

  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la entrega de Sistemas de Ejecución de Manufactura, demostrando amplia experiencia en la integración de IT/OT.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la entrega de maquinaria de envasado, gestión de líneas y sistemas de control.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en la entrega de hardware de servidores, virtualización y tecnologías de redes industriales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de riesgos de ciberseguridad en manufactura.
  • Experiencia en la entrega de sistemas de control de procesos continuos.
  • Competencia en la revisión de diseños de soluciones utilizando diagramas lógicos y físicos.
