We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Support Services Team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Supply Chain division.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the delivery of van stock, material sourcing, and waste management, working closely with our providers to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Monitor performance targets and work with key stakeholders to ensure they are achieved, demonstrating drive and energy.
- Manage the interface for van stock and core stock ordering solutions, working in partnership with the Systems Team.
- Provide training to trades and key stakeholders on the correct utilization of van stock software and processes.
- Review material and waste procedures, performing assurance checks on processes and monitoring usage via software.
- Analyze supplier data to provide insight, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier product catalogues, including price increases, additions, and removals, systemic maintenance, and sign-off processes.
- Solid experience in administration within a busy customer-focused role.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation, high organization, and ability to manage workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, including knowledge of preparing presentations and using pivot tables.
