Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Location: South East Region

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team in the South East region. The successful candidate will provide services to a range of residential, commercial, and local authority contracts nationwide.

Experience / Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a UKAS Accredited outfit
  2. Must hold P402, P403 & P404 BOHS qualification (or RSPH equivalent)
  3. Strong client-facing skills and ability to maintain relationships
  4. Excellent writing and reporting skills, with the ability to compile comprehensive reports and results/data

The Role:

  1. Undertaking management, refurbishment, and demolition asbestos surveys
  2. Completing 4-stage clearances, and personal, background, leak, and reassurance air testing
  3. Compiling reports for clients, including schematic drawings
  4. Traveling across the South East and London, covering a mixed portfolio of client sites
