Senior Electrified Powertrain Engineer

ARCA Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a global leader in mobility technology to recruit a Senior Electrified Powertrain Engineer. This role involves collaborating with clients to enhance, test, and refine the performance of their Electrified Powertrain for future vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to test facilities and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the testing campaign from defining requirements through data analysis and reporting.
  • Process and analyze data to inform engineering decisions.
  • Provide daily summary updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Background in powertrain development or testing.
  • Familiarity with Electric Drive Unit and battery systems.
  • Strong analytical abilities.

This is a permanent position based out of Coventry, with hybrid working available. If you have experience in powertrain development or testing and are familiar with Electric Drive Unit and battery systems, please apply for immediate consideration.
