Mechanical Design Specialist

Copello Global is seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on behalf of a Defence Prime. The successful candidate will be working on current gen and next-gen programmes, producing 3D models of Piping routes, Mechanical compartment arrangements, and HVAC systems using AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD toolsets such as Solidworks and Siemens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Mechanical routed systems.
- Ensure compliance with Engineering Standards at Component / Equipment level.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of CAD toolsets and Mechanical routed systems.
- HNC / ONC level or degree qualification in a relevant STEM subject.
- Experience in high hazardous industries such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Aerospace, Maritime, and Automotive.
Clearance and Eligibility
The successful candidate must be eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance and be a sole British Citizen.
