We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports & Activities Coach to join our team at Butlin's resort in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our Sports team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of sports and activities to our guests, including pottery painting, football, archery, and mini golf. If you have a passion for sports coaching and enjoy working with others, this could be the perfect role for you

As a Sports & Activities Coach, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday. You will work a minimum of 24 hours per week, five days over seven, with shifts between 8.30am - 9pm. You will be required to run sessions for our guests, book sessions in our Leisure Hub, and work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 
About You
We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident to talk to our guests, enjoys working in a busy environment, and can dial up the energy when it's required. You should have a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude with a passion for delivering a high level of service and will always strive to exceed the guest's expectations. 

The ideal person will preferably have FA Level 1, Archery GB ERCA and High Ropes qualifications, however, full training can be provided for someone with a creative and outgoing personality, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills partnered with a fundamental interest in sports coaching.

This role requires you to be over the age of 18.
