Are you a skilled Cost Estimator seeking to join a leading and innovative developer? This dynamic organization is looking to enhance its established Commercial team by bringing on board a Cost Estimator.
As a seasoned Cost Estimator, you will possess a robust background in performing cost and value assessments, delivering financial projections, and addressing client needs while executing precise site evaluations and managing contract adjustments as required.
In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Management team and be responsible for overseeing multiple significant new construction projects.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting cost and value assessments, providing financial forecasts, and ensuring client satisfaction through accurate site evaluations and contract modifications.
Importantly, you will be an efficient operator with a proven track record in effective cost management for various developments.
Additionally, you will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Requirements:
- Degree (or HNC) qualified in Quantity Surveying
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a residential construction environment (essential)
- Demonstrable experience managing substantial projects for a residential builder or main contractor.
- Experience in Contract/Quantity Surveying and construction budgeting with a solid understanding of construction methods and mixed tenure developments.
