Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  • Collaborate with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to ensure effective case management and coordination of risk.
  • Ensure timely notification of concerns regarding changes in individual risk to the Probation Service and adhere to systems, policies, and procedures to support the management of risk.
Requirements:
  • IAG Level 3 - desirable
  • Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable
  • Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Competitive salary of £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
