Hourly Rate: £12.52 per hour - 20 hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Tenancy Enablement Officer to join our team at GreenSquareAccord. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a vital role in providing an intensive housing management service to adults with low-level mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process referrals, conduct housing assessments, and make recommendations for accommodation needs.
  • Liaise with professionals, relatives, and care and support staff to monitor tenants' wellbeing and refer to appropriate agencies when necessary.
  • Collect rent and manage current and former tenant arrears in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the housing scheme.
  • Conduct effective new client inductions, assist with HB and UC claims, and ensure correct benefits are in place for clients.

Requirements:

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual with superb communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a housing or community setting.
