Executive Chef Assistant – The Ivy Collection

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at The Ivy Collection. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the planning and preparation of menus and dishes.
  • Support the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Assist with the training and development of junior members of the kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
