About the Role

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is part of the Marine Service & Digital product group for the Marines & Ports division in the UK. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects within the defined scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of project components, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments to project plans.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, comprehensively documenting progress reports, design documents, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Highly skilled in engineering principles and project management methodologies.
  • Established and advanced skills in project engineering with knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Adept in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proficient in English communication.
