Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in a QA / QC / Quality Auditor role.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety, legality, quality, and authenticity procedures are continuously implemented and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure good manufacturing practices are followed.
- Review and analyze production records and checks, including labeling, intake, and production.
- Collect and analyze samples to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Assist with third-party audits and provide support to the quality team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a QA / QC role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
