About the Role

Randstad is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join their team in the East Anglian area. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting out areas using drawings and specifications
  • Quality Assurance and control
  • Carrying out precise works to project specifications
  • Keeping site records and diaries
  • Writing and reviewing RAMS and ITPs
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
  • Liaising with site staff and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and use of Total Stations or GPS
  • Experience in highways, bridges, infrastructure, environmental, frameworks, and special works
  • Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly and concisely
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work within budgets and to tight deadlines
