- Provide a courteous and helpful service to customers and supporters, promoting teamwork and a positive shop environment.
- Monitor stock levels and shop supplies to ensure they meet the shop's needs.
- Help promote charity events and raise awareness within the community.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, and communal area.
- Act as the main key holder, opening and closing the shop securely.
