About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our Health Procurement Team for External Manufacturing in the EU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of External Manufacturing Suppliers and driving business continuity strategies and cost reduction programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet Reckitt's business needs
  • Negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers and manage relationships
  • Manage financial performance of the portfolio, including price change management and monthly Purchase Price Variance (PPV) reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement projects and cost savings initiatives
  • Support the development of procurement strategies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Relevant procurement experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in External Manufacturing
  • Strong negotiating, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving business improvement projects and cost savings initiatives
  • Ability to work in a global organization with a fast-moving and results-driven environment
