Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Europe and the UK. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the sourcing and selection of top talent for our head office roles across all functions and 11 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including advertising, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation and attract top talent.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with some time spent in-house.
  • Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
