About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Source Appointments Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase payments from customers and resolve any queries or disputes
- Raise invoices, process debit and credit notes, and reconcile petty cash
- Allocate cash and maintain accurate records
- Build relationships with clients and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Check and verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Open new accounts and conduct credit checks
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a credit control role
- Full ownership of a ledger of accounts
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
