Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Executive to join our Sales and Revenue team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our facilities, specializing in golf, to achieve the Resort's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an efficient and professional service to all customers, ensuring that information is clearly administered and communicated to all parties.
  • Deal with tour operators in a professional manner, ensuring that the correct allocations of rooms/courses are maintained at all times to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and follow a sales strategy, using the systems and information available to achieve maximum rate and occupancy.
  • Utilize exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills, while having a fantastic eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner.
  • Positive outlook, good eye for detail, and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role.
  • Top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.
