Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Collector to join our collections team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Senior Collector, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the debt collection process, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to management regarding collection status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the debt collection process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding collection status, including progress reports and recommendations for future action.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in credit control or debt collection, with a strong track record of success in resolving outstanding debts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
