We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Assessor to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions, ensuring they receive the support they need to live independently.

About the Role

As a Disability Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, gathering medical evidence, and producing comprehensive reports to support the decision-making process. You will work closely with our clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with a range of physical and mental health conditions
  • Gather medical evidence and interpret it to inform assessment decisions
  • Produce comprehensive reports to support the decision-making process
  • Work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare profession (Nurse, Physio, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist)
  • UK experience is essential
  • NMC pin registration is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and use IT systems effectively
