Position Overview:

Become a vital member of our esteemed audio team at Playground Games as a Senior Audio Designer specializing in Cinematics. Your enthusiasm for crafting exceptional audio experiences is essential to enrich our collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sound design and mixing for cinematic sequences, partnering with the Lead Audio Designer and fellow team members.
  • Manage all aspects of cinematic audio while also contributing to the interactive elements of the game.
  • Promote the importance of audio within the Cinematics division, collaborating closely with developers across various disciplines.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering your leadership capabilities.

You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and technologies at our facilities, benefiting from a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in linear sound design, particularly with ProTools.
  • Experience in the complete development cycle of a AAA title or relevant post-production experience.
  • Hands-on involvement with AAA cinematics and audio post-production for gaming.
  • Expertise in surround sound and Atmos mixing, along with familiarity with Wwise and game engines.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and a commitment to enhancing audio experiences.
