We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Leaders Romans Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue for the company.
- Building Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Preparing Property Details: Accurately prepare property details, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Managing Property Sales: Manage the sale of properties from viewing to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least six months to one year's experience as a residential sales agent, with a proven track record in securing new business.
- Sales Ability: Excellent sales ability, with a strong understanding of the property market and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Good telephone manner and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
- Professional Development: Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
