Branch Director

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at Hunt Forest Group. As a Branch Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing resources, and ensuring exceptional customer service in the agricultural industry.

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Manage people, resources, and finances to drive profitable growth and employee development.
• Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote sales team best practices.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and implement cross-branch collaboration and process improvements.
• Maintain facility security and promote company values and mission.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Branch/Operations Manager (desirable).
• 3+ years of experience as a people manager in a parts, service, or sales role.
• Financial metrics knowledge and operations understanding.
• Agricultural industry experience (advantageous).
• John Deere and competitive product familiarity (advantageous).
• Similar industry experience in construction, commercial vehicles, or motor.
• Customer issue resolution skills and analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
