About the Role

TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team in a pivotal role managing new build plot sales transactions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and within set timeframes, maintaining the highest standards of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse and demanding caseload of new build plot sales transactions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates throughout the conveyancing process
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to new build plot sales
  • Conduct thorough title investigations to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process
  • Liaise closely with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and keep up to date with changes in conveyancing law and practice

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a specific focus on new build plot sales
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation, particularly in relation to new build properties
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal technology tools
