Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Berkshire Independent Hospital. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with Orthopaedic and MSK patients, with a strong understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with Orthopaedic and MSK conditions
- Lead and manage the Physiotherapy team to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to the development of physiotherapy services and policies
- Participate in on-call and weekend duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with Orthopaedic and MSK patients
- Strong understanding of CSP Standards of Physiotherapy Practice
- Acupuncture and Pilates experience desirable but not essential
- Hand Therapy experience desirable
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call and weekend duties
