As the part-time HR Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all facets of human resources

  • Current knowledge of recruitment and employee retention strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills with a proven track record in drafting policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
