Cedar Corporate Tax Manager (Advisory) Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our dynamic advisory team at Cedar. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert tax advice to our clients, working closely with senior management and partners to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Advisory: Collaborate with partners and junior team members to deliver high-quality tax advice to clients, from initial engagement to implementation.
  2. Project Management: Assist in pitching for new clients and manage advisory projects, including corporate transactions, tax reliefs, due diligence, and employee incentives.
  3. Compliance Support: Support compliance work, including reviewing tax returns and providing technical tax support.

Requirements:

  1. Professional Qualifications: ACA/ACCA and CTA/ATT qualified with extensive post-qualification experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Word skills.
  3. Personal Qualities: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and generate creative ideas.
