Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver proactive scheduled maintenance for Operational Technology systems, with a primary focus on BMS.
  • Respond to system malfunctions to ensure maximum system availability.
  • Support engineering teams in executing planned maintenance on building systems through BMS control.
  • Ensure prompt fulfillment of client requests for environmental adjustments via BMS.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the development of BMS strategies and related projects.
  • Oversee and coordinate any issues pertaining to OT applications, including raising support requests.
  • Review and authorize any relevant engineering change controls or commissioning protocols prior to implementation.
  • Maintain and audit the asset inventory for the associated systems.
  • Supervise third-party contractors working on the BMS system, ensuring adherence to OT security standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in BMS control and maintenance within a corporate or technical service setting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard BMS architecture, protocols, telemetry, and automation systems.
  • Certification in current industry-standard BMS systems such as Siemens (Desigo CC) or Schneider (Ecostruxure).
  • Strong IT skills with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to comply with regulatory policies and maintain high standards.
  • Valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Prior involvement in OT security initiatives, continuous improvement, sustainability, and energy efficiency projects.
  • Familiarity with other OT systems, including Building Energy Management Systems, Power Management Systems, Environmental Auditing Systems, Access Control, and CCTV.
