Grandir UK is seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Nursery Worker to join our team at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Fareham. As a Casual Nursery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive role model to promote Grandir UK's values and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
- Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
- Contribute to maintaining an attractive and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
- Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, ensuring they are aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to required timescales.
- Ensure practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting high-quality care and education.
- Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
- Maintain confidentiality, where appropriate, and ensure a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
- Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required, ensuring ongoing professional development.
