Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, ensuring high-quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop innovative breakfast menus, considering seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.
  • Manage inventory for breakfast ingredients, ensuring timely ordering and stocking to meet morning service demands.
  • Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and optimizing ingredient usage in line with hotel budget guidelines.
  • Work closely with other chefs to deliver a seamless breakfast service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
About You

We seek an experienced Breakfast Chef de Partie with a proven track record in luxury hotel environments. You will possess strong culinary skills, a deep understanding of breakfast cuisine, and various cooking techniques. Flexibility is essential for this role, as shifts may vary.
