Internal Sales Executive

Hunt4 is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our client in Quedgeley. This is a 37 hour a week role, based at the Gloucester office, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update the CRM system on a regular basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research on market trends and competitors' products to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Generate revenue by selling products or services to potential customers through phone, email, or other virtual channels.
  • Identify and qualify leads to ensure effective sales strategies.
  • Produce sales presentations to engage and persuade customers.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and other professionals to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and quantify business sectors for internet service providers, utilities, government/defence, and direct and indirect sell including system integrators.
  • Search potential market areas for telecom opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote products and the business.
  • Build relationships and stay up-to-date with new products and technologies.
  • Create sales forecasts and actively work towards reaching them, presenting sales information to the Senior Management Team.
