Key Responsibilities
  • Behaviour Management: Establish and implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Inclusion Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of inclusion strategies to support students with additional needs and promote social inclusion.
  • Student Support: Provide individual and group support to students to develop their social skills, attitudes, and behaviour.
  • Reflection Rooms: Supervise and support students in our reflection rooms, ensuring they complete assigned work to a high standard and provide opportunities for reflection and improvement.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the impact of inclusion strategies and report back to the leadership team to inform future developments.
Requirements
