Job Profile

Reeds Rains Garstang Branch is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Estate Agent to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time, but part-time applicants will also be considered.

While industry experience is not essential, the successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. Previous sales and customer service experience is desirable, as is the ability to work in a team and contribute to the success of the business.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Register customers and conduct property matches
  • Generate and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between all parties
  • Maximise branch income through the cross-selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
