About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors at Estée Lauder. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
