About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail development strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative retail concepts and experiences that meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to develop iconic permanent retail installation designs for Diageo brands.
  • Manage retail development CAPEX budget and conduct critical analysis for key activities to ensure value maximization for Diageo.
  • Transform Diageo's luxury brand presence in Global Travel Retail to help build luxury brands ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brand managers, marketing teams, and retail partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative retail concepts and experiences.
  • Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of retail development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share through retail development initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, design, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High resilience and positive attitude – able to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a cross-functional remote team.
  • Experience in retail design and implementation in luxury branded environments across multiple channels and markets.
