With a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residential Property Conveyancing Secretary / Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client files and matters on our Case Management system.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, precedent documents, and client care letters for fee earners.
  • Submit searches and prepare draft reports on results and title documents.
  • Carry out bankruptcy searches and priority searches as required.
  • Prepare completion statements and invoices for clients.
  • Draft and submit Land Registry applications and deal with completions and post-completion formalities.
  • Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure smooth progress of files for fee earners.
  • Audio type from digital dictation system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Utilize Outlook for diary management, booking client and departmental meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a residential property department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ICT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
