About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our operational systems. This position involves maintaining critical equipment and systems, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical components. The role will require flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct maintenance activities for production equipment and accurately document all actions taken.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers to plan and prioritize maintenance work effectively.
  • Supervise external contractors during maintenance operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Manage inventories of tools, spare parts, and supplies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, particularly with conveyor systems.
  • Familiarity with infrared and ultraviolet laser technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and AutoCAD software.

Additional Considerations:

  • A valid driver's license is essential for travel purposes.
  • Willingness to work shifts and participate in on-call duties may be required.
