Shift Manager Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a permanent role as a Shift Manager in a leading FMCG company based in the RCT area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 Production Operatives
  • Ensure quality and productivity standards are met
  • Coordinate shifts and allocate tasks
  • Monitor and report on team performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry practices
