Job Role: Facilities Site Manager

Location: HMP Bullingdon (OX25)

Salaries from: £46,575.58

Contract: Full Time - Perm

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B male prison. Our team is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional facilities management services.

As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference. You will be responsible for managing budgets, staff, and facilities, and will have the chance to develop your skills and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver facilities management services
  • Supervise and manage staff to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans to ensure facilities are safe and secure
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience of total facilities management
  • Experience of managing budgets and staff
  • Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment (desirable)
  • Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities / building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
  • IOSH Qualification (desirable)
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
