Maintenance Engineer Trainee

ATA Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Trainee Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery, fault finding on electrical and mechanical components, and maintaining levels of critical spares.
About the Role:- Conduct planned and preventive maintenance on automated and complex machinery
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components including contactors, invertors, relays, bearings, rollers and some work on Siemens and Allen Bradley
- Maintain levels of critical spares
- Control calibration records

Requirements:- NVQ level 2/3 apprenticeship (or equivalent) in engineering
- Good understanding of fault finding both mechanically and electrically
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Attractive salary of up to £40k DOE
- Training including travelling to Germany, Italy, and Spain for machine-specific training
- Support in advancing on your engineering skills including Level 3 qualification within your electrical or mechanical discipline
- Between 8-10% annual bonus
