As a Culinary Trainee with Mallory Court, you will be part of a dynamic learning atmosphere within our esteemed collection of luxury accommodations.

What will you be doing?

Our Academy offers the chance to engage with us on a full-time basis while you earn and learn, equipping you with the finest skills, certifications, and experience to launch your career in the culinary field. We have collaborated with HIT Training to establish a Chef Academy, where you will participate in 1-2 days of training each month, either at a HIT Chef Academy location, with travel and accommodation expenses covered, or through virtual sessions.

In your hotel environment, under the guidance of your Executive Chef, you will gain hands-on experience from exceptional culinary professionals within a highly skilled kitchen team (we maintain 2-3 rosettes in each of our dining establishments), while working with premium seasonal ingredients and top-quality equipment.

We are eager to connect with aspiring Chefs who are passionate about crafting extraordinary dishes from the finest ingredients, possess high standards, and exhibit creativity and flair, along with:

  • A genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts;
  • A commitment to building a career as a Chef;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a drive for delivering outstanding standards;
  • A positive attitude, complemented by a good sense of humor and teamwork;
  • Passion and determination to excel;
  • Strong communication abilities;

What to expect?

You will be part of a busy and dedicated team environment, where we expect you to be eager to learn more. Your work schedule will consist of a minimum of 40 hours per week, spread across 5 days (including training days). Our establishments experience peak activity on weekends, so you should be prepared to work regularly during this time.
