We are seeking an experienced Senior Water Engineer to lead our Water Engineering team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hydraulic modellers, engineers, and environmental consultants, to deliver complex projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
  • Proven experience in water engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Experience with IT systems, including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office suite.
