Job Title: Appian Lead

We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead to join our team at Conexxia, a leading Australian IT Consulting Company specializing in agile development, continuous delivery, and DevOps.

Job Description

As an Appian Lead, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver new features and functionality in the BPM space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appian development and implementation
  • Participate in sprint-related activities, including analysis, design, and development
  • QA and testing of newly delivered features
  • Collaboration with engineers to deliver Appian functionality
  • Documentation and maintenance of existing development, change requests, and new development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of Appian experience with Senior (L2) certification
  • Experience with designing and implementing modules and App connectivity methods
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools, preferably JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to scope Appian projects
  • Sound knowledge of Appian best practices
  • Exposure to FITNESSE tool
  • Experience in creating Appian plug-ins and smart services
  • Understanding of current code repositories, such as TFS and GitHub
  • Experience in working with Agile framework
  • Knowledge of Appian product architecture
  • Experience in workflow modeling, SAIL, and Tempe
