About the Role:
Staffline is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at a bustling distribution center. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient handling of goods.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring commitment for 5 days out of 7, including a 30-minute paid break.
Compensation:
The hourly wage is competitive, with opportunities for overtime paid at a premium rate. Additionally, a weekend bonus is available for shifts worked on Saturday and Sunday.
Transportation:
Due to the location of the facility, personal transportation is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP)
- Utilize voice-picking technology
- Perform general manual handling and various warehouse tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Punctuality, reliability, and a willingness to grow within the role are essential attributes.
Requirements:
A basic understanding of English is necessary to adhere to Health & Safety regulations. While prior experience in a similar position is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
