Temporary, 4-week engagement - Weekend shifts - 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Compensation:

In the role of Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be essential in upholding the overall condition of the property, both internally and externally, which includes common areas, repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments.


Core Duties:

  • Ensure the community is impeccably maintained, visually appealing, and fully operational at all times.
  • Maintain a secure and safe atmosphere for all residents.
  • Execute scheduled and urgent maintenance tasks in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Perform initial maintenance and support specialized contractors as needed.
  • Regularly clean shared spaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Keep waste disposal areas organized and ensure bins are rotated consistently.
  • Conduct routine health and safety inspections, including fire safety and risk assessments, and perform water quality testing.
  • Collaborate with your team and management on health and safety initiatives.


While these responsibilities are not exhaustive, your primary focus will be on enhancing and maintaining the overall aesthetic and functionality of the property, ensuring a high standard for our residents.


To excel in this position, you should ideally possess experience in maintenance, security, or facilities management, with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving. While having a relevant trade background would be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.
