  • Support the delivery of leisure and fitness programs, including group classes and one-on-one sessions.
  • Perform administrative duties, including front desk operations, bookings, and membership inquiries.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, reporting any issues to ensure compliance with regulations.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
