About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at MCG Construction. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct daily site inductions and toolbox talks
  • Monitor and control site costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on site
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, and SMSTS certifications
