Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team at QED Legal. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of employment law cases, including employee relations issues, discrimination, employment contracts, and TUPE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of employment law cases
  • Advise on employee relations issues, discrimination, and employment contracts
  • Defend complex employment tribunals
  • Supervise junior team members

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Employment Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
