Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with our customers and team
  • Training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers
  • Leading shifts safely and effectively as a responsible key holder
  • Contributing to the success of our pub and driving sales growth
